Our fall taster occurred this past November in the Goodes Hall Commons where we welcomed Andrew Wilcox from Filament Energy to come speak!
Come out to hear Ted Hsu speak on Thursday, November 15th, 2018 in the ILC (Beanish-Munro Center) Atrium for a little taste of what QGEC has to offer!
Attendance to the taster gives you application bypass and ensures your entry to the conference!
Ted Hsu is the past Member of Parliament for Kingston. He currently is a board member of and helps to run SWITCH. Ted also sits on the board of the Fields Institute for Research in the Mathematical Sciences and is an advisor to SYNG Pharmaceuticals, a women’s health and biotech startup. Furthermore, Ted served as an Executive Director for Morgan Stanley Japan, overlooking Equity Portfolio Trading and Automated Trading. He earned his Ph.D. in Physics from Princeton University in 1989 and has worked as a research physicist and as a business line manager in the international capital markets.
Along with the FREE PIZZA, this is a great opportunity to get the vibe for QGEC and what this year’s conference has to offer as we dig deeper into this year’s topic on energy: Sailing Through Changing Tides!
See you there to enjoy the words of Ted Hsu and get a sneak peek into this year’s conference!
