Attending QGEC 2018 was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only did I make new friends, I learned so much about possible solutions to the global energy crisis. They made sure to show multiple perspectives on the same issue, making the conference open to everyone regardless of their discipline and interests. I left the weekend with renewed enthusiasm for a sustainable planet and hope for a better future!
